Product Manager


Digital Goodie is a digital commerce company providing a modern and fully customizable connected commerce platform. The company’s strategic partners and clients include e.g. Finland’s largest retailer S Group with more than 1 million consumers using Digital Goodie’s shopping solution. Digital Goodie platform runs on top of a new generation microservices architecture consisting of modular commerce and fulfillment solutions. Retailers can either utilize Digital Goodie’s Commerce and Fulfillment solutions off the shelf, or build their own services and combine third- party components to create their own versions.
Digital Goodie was founded in 2009, and has headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. We  are a highly multicultural group coming from various backgrounds and nationalities.  Together we are building world-class software for online retail in close touch with our local and international customers.

We are looking for a Product Manager to take our products to the next level. As a Product Manager you will define and document product features and guide the development of product features in close collaboration with our customers, development teams and other internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:
• Leading our product creation practice and processes
• Keeping our product documentation up to date
• Being an evangelist for our products internally
• Supporting Sales & Marketing on product launches and updates
• Collaborating with Engineering & Business Owners on defining and prioritizing product roadmaps & backlogs

A successful candidate will have:
• Proven track record in e-commerce domain and software products and experience in order management and retail
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to write stories, groom a backlog and maintain a list of product priorities
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and modern software technologies
• Experience in customer projects and excellent communication skills
• You value constant self development and learning over rigid processes and controls
• Great team working skills and readiness to learn quickly
• Fluency in English
