Digital Foodie launches Foodie Loyalty and helps Prisma Peremarket to extend their loyalty program to mobile

Digital Foodie, the creator of the award winning Foodie.fm platform, expands its product suite with a new product, Foodie Loyalty. Foodie Loyalty is first launched in Estonia in co-operation with Prisma Peremarket.

Foodie Loyalty brings retailer’s loyalty card into mobile and web environments. It offers a unified and real time access for consumers to view their loyalty information, bonus balance, shopping history and promotions where ever they are. Foodie Loyalty also includes the ability to login using retailer’s loyalty card number making signing-in easy and fast. Foodie Loyalty is seamlessly integrated to retailer’s loyalty database as well as other functionalities of Foodie platform such as shopping lists, online ordering and recipes.

“People spend more time on mobile than on TV. Also half of the visits we see and about 75% of the returning users come from mobile devices. To serve the consumer demand you need to be in their pockets. Foodie Loyalty offers seamless and fast way to enable that. Foodie Loyalty is offered to Prisma Peremarket customers through ePrisma online service and mobile applications. Along with Foodie Loyalty also the online ordering, available in ePrisma, is expanded with a new click and collect point at Prisma Sikupilli store in Tallinn. The assortment available through click and collect contains more than 70 000 products including grocery products and a selection of household products. Foodie’s behavioral personalization engine enhanced with Foodie Loyalty helps consumer’s to find the right product from the large assortment taking into account their preferences, order history and overall popularity of products.
